Starting a business
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has developed a guide on how to establish a business in Denmark

If you already have a resident and work permit, it is easy to set up your own business. You have to register your business at least eight days prior to starting any business duties. You can register your business online at www.virk.dk. The Danish Tax Authority will automatically receive the information from virk.dk.

If you want to start a business in Denmark but you live abroad and are not from a Nordic country, the EU / EEA, or Switzerland, you have to apply for a permit. For more information look here .
