For organizations

The event is a part of Welcome September - a national welcoming month where municipalities and organizations all over the country open their doors to their international citizens. The event is free of charge for both participants and guests and is open to the public. 

What we are offering:

• The opportunity to meet Odense's international citizens and make them aware of your activities
• Marketing of your organization on social media in the weeks leading up to the event that will reach thousands of internationals in the city
• A stand or an area at Borgernes Hus for your materials or activities 
• A great opportunity to network with other organizations, clubs, and individuals from Odense

What we expect from you:

• 1-2 people who can introduce your organization and your activities in English
• Marketing materials about your activities such as flyers, roll-ups, iPad with access to website, etc.
• Performances, talks, and activities are more than welcome. We have a kids' area, a stage with sound equipment, and several rooms available.
