How to set up your Digital Post mailbox

At the frontpage of Odense.dk, you will find the Digital Post mailbox in the top right corner:



You need a digital signature, NemID, to register.

Have you received your NemID card from your Bank, and experience problems logging on to your Digital Post mailbox, the explanation might be that your NemID has not yet been activated. In that case, please call NemID's support at: +45 80 30 70 50

How to set up your Digital Post mailbox via odense.dk

Follow the instructions: 

1. Go to odense.dk and click "Digital post" in the upper right corner. 
2. Logon with your NemID
3. Read the short instruction text and click "Accepter" (Accept).

4. Enter your name, e-mail address and cell phone number. If you have an e-Boks account, you can choose to access messages from your e-Boks in your Digital Post mailbox. And click "Fortsæt" (Continue).

Your digital mailbox is now ready for use
