City of Odense at EXPO 2010 in Shanghai

A world fair is everything – it is a giant exhibition on culture and business, research and technology. It is information and entertainment in one – in short it’s infotainment on a large scale.
The theme of Expo 2010 is "Better City, Better Life," representing the common wish of the whole humankind for a better living in future urban environments.
For the first time ever, Denmark will be represented by both a national pavilion and an urban pavilion at a world fair. Odense has been invited to participate in a special Urban Best Practice area. The title of the Odense Pavilion is "Spinning Wheels". |
