Responsibilities
Department of Culture and Urban Development has the following responsibilities:
Administration of libraries, museums and other cultural activities
Urban, environmental, energy and refuse disposal planning
Urban renewal and housing improvement
Environmental and building authority
Land supply plus purchase and sale of real estate
Rental, running and maintenance of council property
Construction and management of roads, public spaces, churchyards and parks, public transport
District heating supply
